STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION SUMMARY
Our strategy is based on effectively serving a clearly defined niche market
well. By having an identifiable market with available lists of subscribers,
the management of REAL LIFE AND TIMES believes that we can exceed publishing
industry standards for the conversion of potential advertisers through
the following criteria.
• Committed writer specialists are passionate
and retain a loyal clientele of readership.
• A thirst exists for a published periodical product that promotes
Christian ideals in living and godly morals.
• Access to a centralized REAL LIFE AND TIMES website allow readers
to alert the newspaper when news worthy events give rise in local areas.
• The initial issue will be published in late January of 2004.
The task is to reach and inform target markets of individuals that congregate
at prime distribution sites.
• The strategy is to combine sampling, direct mail, and group
membership solicitation that build circulation through the Internet,
subscriptions and newsstand distribution.
• Multi-channel distribution principles will be employed. Each
has a differing margin structure, but the combination will maximize
the potential reach of the newspaper.
